Upper Body Endurance Part 2: Upper Torso Stabilization

 

Today we have the SECOND part of a Three part Upper Body Endurance series. In which, you’ll see a few different moves designed to strengthen and tone your upper body. In part one, we’re using bands to perform, in sequence, the following exercises: chest press, horizontal abducted row, bow & arrow, close-in chest press, row, skiing.
