Are Power Naps Helpful?

 

Sleep. A hobby most Americans love to take part in. After a long day of work, school and day-
to-day activities some shut eye is definitely needed. Other than our typical seven-hour snooze
session at night, how often do we find time to rest in the other seventeen hours in a day!?

 
 
 
 

Most young people between the ages of 18-30, find power naps useful on long dreadful days. A
power nap is classified as a time for sleep ranging between 10-30 minutes. This can be done on
your lunch break, in-between classes or any free moment you have before jumping into your next
activity. After a quick doze off you will find yourself more productive, alert and an overall
positive/uplifting mood.
